Cecelia Windgate

For over twenty years, Cecelia has been bringing her curiosity and admiration of all things floral to tattooing. Originally from Vancouver Canada ‚she's lived up and down the west coast and has attempted to blend a love of color and an eye for detail in all of her designs; believing every tattoo should grow with the person wearing it. When not in the studio she's usually dawdling on "walks" and taking way too many reference photos.
